INSTALLATION STEPS:
To install the MK3 HVAC Aluminum Rings, please follow these steps:
- Remove HVAC panel/bezel from vehicle.
- Turn aluminum ring over and using the shaft of a screwdriver make a small bevel lip around the back flat edge (Reference Picture 1 | Reference Picture 2).
- Insert aluminum ring into hole opening in the HVAC panel/bezel. With the beveled edge it should now stay in-place. If the aluminum ring is still loose, repeat step 2 to make the beveled edge more pronounced.
- Repeat steps 2-3 for each aluminum ring.
- Reinstall HVAC panel/bezel onto vehicle.
